Our T and MSP series contains liquid PVC heat stabilizers that are used for a wide range of applications. These heat stabilizers are typically used for flexible films, PVC banners, pigmented films or coloured films, vinyl flooring or outdoor uses such as tents/awnings, tarpaulins. These Modstab products are also used for top-coats on vinyl flooring, synthetic leather and shoe uppers.

Storage
PVC heat stabilizers should be stored in a clean, dry place. The used drums must be kept tightly sealed and in a cool, hygienic environment.
Applications
These products are used specifically for stabilizing plasticized suspension PVC, mass PVC and washed emulsion PVC.
In thermoplastic processing, they excellent heat stability at high temperatures and an excellent initial colour to the PVC compound.

Dosage
For best results we recommend same amount of kicker as the blowing agent (1:1).
If exceptionally high thermal long-term stability of the PVC compound is required, we recommend the addition of epoxidized oils
